FundraisER GoalS & Phases

Recognizing the large-scale devastation experienced by countless families in Maui and with a desire to help meet the needs of as many families as possible, Maui’s Mana will be fundraising in three consecutive phases, with each new phase beginning once the goals and needs of the prior phase are successfully achieved.

As the detailed needs continue to be assessed and accurately identified within each phase, fundraising goals may be adjusted as necessary in order to ensure donation recipients within each phase receive adequate support.

Phase 1 Goal $250,000

All funds donated will be distributed specifically to the staff of Napili Surf and their immediate family and household members that have experienced significant personal loss as a result of the fires.

Phase 2 Goal $1,000,000

Phase 1 Goal $250,000

These funds will be distributed to additional families associated to Napili Surf. (Example: One staff member has 6 adult siblings who also live in Lahaina, and each of her siblings and their own families also lost their homes.) Phase 2 funds will be utilized to assist families like these with a vision to restore every branch of these family trees so the entire 'ohana is able to thrive.

These funds will be distributed to additional members of the Maui communities that have significant needs as a result of the fires. Potential recipients will be determined and disclosed prior to the onset of Phase 3 in an effort for Maui’s Mana to adapt and focus funding with the constantly changing needs of the community as recovery efforts progress.
